Order Mistakes
Mistakes can happen! We are truly sorry if you received an incorrect order or if your items have defects that we didn’t catch before we sent them. If so, the shipping is on us. Once you have looked over the policies below, scroll to the end of this page for our return address.
Return Policy
If you've changed your mind on an order you've received, we'll refund your purchase to store credit up to 30 days after your purchase, minus a 10% restocking fee. The product(s) must be in new condition, unopened, smoke-free, unwashed, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and are responsible for any additional shipping, brokerage, duties, and tariff fees. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued as store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Dye Lots
Colour differences may occur between dye lots, depending on the manufacturer. We can't guarantee the yarn you order matches exactly as expected, although we make the best effort to represent this on our website. Please note, depending on what you are browsing our site with (desktop, mobile, or laptop), your various devices may offer different colour saturation levels based on how they are set up. We recommend changing your devices to "Natural" colour settings and turning off "Enhanced" visuals with increased vibrancy, to get a more accurate visual representation of the yarns and other products.
Kits and Bundles
Sorry, we do not refund kits or bundles that have been opened. They are final sale only.

Please note, we are not open for in store shopping or pickups and returns to our location, as we are online only at this time.
Once we receive the package, please allow us time to process and restock the items, and we will inform you of your refund or store credit, depending on the policy.
