Shipping policy

How long before my order is shipped?
Most orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days. Very large orders may take longer, depending on how many items are ordered.

Do you allow order pickups, or allow in store shopping?
We are online only at this time, and do not provide pickups or in store shopping. We plan on offering this in the future.

How is my package shipped within Canada?
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, but we may also use other carriers such as UPS, Purolator, or FedEx if required.

How is my package shipped to the United States?
Due to current U.S. tariffs, we are unable to ship to the United States at this time. Once the tariffs are removed, we will resume shipping to the U.S.

How is my package shipped Internationally?
We do not ship packages internationally at this time, but may offer this service in the future.
